So, hello! I started this blog back in 2005. That's a long time ago. I seemed to have petered out in 2012 sometime and I thought I'd push myself to do a little blogging about my current going's on. Since I'm completely out of practice with this, things might be a little wobbly at first.
Here's something cool I found outside struggling a little bit in the last moments of death. Or, so I thought. He was so pretty! I brought him insde, put him in a glass bowl, put plastic wrap on top with holes then placed him on the kitchen table. (I didn't want the cats to get him) When I got home from shopping, the plastic wrap was shredded. Those darn cats! I looked everywhere for parts and pieces, scared he'd be in my bed, or under my feet. No go, so I figured that they ate him all the way. Fast forward to coffee the next morning and as I reached for the lid, there he was in all his glory. That little bugger had torn his self out and flown about three feet away. This time he was completely dead and folded up all nice and neat like you see in the photo below. I took photos for reference from all angles so I can practice drawing him. Beautiful!
