We sold our house! Our rental house (our very first, very CUTE, first house,) It only took, like, FOREVER, but it is a done deal. It is a 30 day escrow, so I guess I should wait to get that excited, but we DID it!
Well, with school happening again you would think I have all the time in the world to be blogging away, but somehow I have filled my days up with who knows what. Actually, that is not true, I know what I've been doing, but it all seems so boring to put on here.
That's not true either. I've been knitting like crazy again. I'm working on three sweaters at a time right now. That is because when I mess up or get stuck, I can work on another one until Tuesday rolls around and I can go into my local yarn store and gets me some help! I'll post some pictures later. My friend Wendy showed some scarfs that she knit on her blog and that got me excited about doing some knitting again.
Also, we had our first One Day Crop with my business Scrappin' San Diego and that went awesome. We had ten ladies (that includes the vendors, who also cropped). Gave out lots of free product, ate some VERY good catered food, and played some cool music. That's a laugh right there. My iPod went a bit wonky and would just scroll through all the cool songs, then stop on my kid's "Sing the Word" bible verse music. Or, it would convienently start playing my "Learn to play the Guitar" music, with some guy plucking along slowly and methodically. REally NOT good scrapping music. Oh well, they understood.
